Very satisfied! I’ve attended 4 sessions with Gita and have seen more improvement than I experienced in the previous 4 years of various treatments and massages for chronic neck and shoulder tension and headaches.

I had been getting weekly massages and occasional dry needling, but Gita took the time to assess my posture and identify underlying muscle weaknesses that were contributing to the problem. She developed an exercise program tailored specifically to me, making sure the exercises didn’t aggravate my pain while still addressing the root causes. Whereas some less experienced Physios in the past gave me generic exercises which made my neck worse.

I noticed improvements within the first week. The electrical stimulation and red light therapy have also provided great relief during each session.
